Customer Service Apprenticeship

We are offering a Customer Service Apprenticeship at our Head Office in Steeton, West Yorkshire. Where you can gain valuable experience while studying at college. Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 – 5.00pm

Salary: £8.80 P/H

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering calls regarding breakdowns & service issues in a courteous manner and offering a high level of Customer Service
• Resolving minor technical problems over the phone, and if unable to resolve, allocating effectively for a Service Engineer to attend
• Ensuring all breakdown calls are attended to within a 24hr period
• Dealing with minor complaints and being aware when complaints need to be escalated to a supervisor

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Has good attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
