We are seeking a dependable Production Operative to become part of our team at our Factory located in Shipley, West Yorkshire. In this role, you will assist in facilitating seamless production and aid in the effective functioning of the factory. If you are driven and attentive to detail, we would be eager to hear from you!
Positions we have available:
- Rail Builder - Working hours - Monday to Friday - 7.00 - 3.30 / 8.00 - 4.30 / 9.00 - 5.30 (rolling shift pattern)
- Packing - Working hours - Monday to Friday - 8.00 - 4.30
Hourly Rate: £12.95 P/H

Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly of our products using a range of electrical & mechanical equipment also including hand tool work.
- Adhering to production/warehouse processes and company quality policies whilst adhering to health and safety procedures.
- Ensure all areas are kept clutter free and all shelving and parts are kept neat and tidy.
- Cooperate with team members and communicate effectively to achieve production targets and meet customer demands.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Have experience in operating tools (Air Tools)
- Have worked in a similar environment
- Powder Coating or Spray Paint Experience an advantage
- Operating Machinery
- Must be a team player
- Have experience of health and safety procedures
- Have a good eye for detail and quality
