The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.

We are a firm of rural practice chartered surveyors operating across the south west and further afield. We are looking to expand our team with an emphasis on increasing our capacity in planning and development work, where we have a strong reputation and an interesting portfolio of work.

Although the focus will be on planning and related work, the firm offers a range of services and there will therefore also be opportunities to provide advice in other areas.

The successful applicant will have a commercial and can-do attitude, effective communication and client management skills and be able to work well as part of a team. They will have relevant professional experience and be either a recently qualified member of the RICS or working towards their APC.

The role offers considerable autonomy and support to develop a professional career based from our office in Tiverton. We offer a salary commensurate with experience and an unlimited performance related bonus scheme.
