CNC Turners,
CNC Machinists,
CNC Lathe Operators,
Precision Engineers, and

Key Duties
- Carry out CNC and Centre Lathe Turning operations to aerospace specifications.
- Manufacture precision-engineered components from raw materials through to finished products.
- Operate in accordance with OCQ (Operator Control of Quality) procedures.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and process documentation.
- Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks.
- Complete all production documentation accurately and in line with company procedures.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and quality.
- Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to achieve manufacturing targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a CNC Turner within precision engineering, aerospace, or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating Centre Lathes and CNC Turning machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and inspection procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a skilled engineering team.
Shift Patterns
Night Shift
- Sunday: 10pm-7am.
- Monday to Thursday: 12am-7am.
- Working Hours: 36 Hours Per Week (3 x 12 Hour Shifts) Fri, Sat & Sun - 19:00 to 07:00
