Key Duties
  • Proactively generate and win new business across Somerset.
  • Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients across a range of sectors.
  • Identify business opportunities and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to securing business.
  • Develop strong, long-term client partnerships.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Represent Acorn by Synergie within the local business community through networking, client meetings, and business development activities.
  • Work collaboratively with recruitment colleagues to deliver outstanding client service.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales or business development.
  • Confident communicator with a people-focused approach.
