Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Willand, who are looking to add a skilled Maintenance Engineer to their on-site engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent, days-based role with consistent working hours and excellent overtime rates in a stable manufacturing environment.

Key Duties:

  • Carry out routine and preventative maintenance on factory equipment, including conveyors, fans, bearings, chains, and sprockets.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical faults efficiently to minimise downtime.
  • Perform repairs and parts replacements as required.
  • Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
