Supply Chain Coordinator

Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is proud to be working in partnership with Stellantis - Vauxhall Motors Ellesmere Port to recruit a Supply Chain Coordinator on a 12-18 month fixed-term contract. This role is fully onsite and ideal for someone with strong experience in sequencing, supplier operations, and supply chain coordination.
Key Duties
- Work with SILs suppliers to ensure appropriate areas within the plant are prepared for K0 launch.
- Support launch and ramp-up activities.
- Act as the primary contact for sequence suppliers.
- Ensure correct and timely vehicle sequencing in line with required metrics.
- Optimise plant costs by adapting flow plans and adjusting to various supply scenarios.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Units and wider SC, ILE, and Plant teams.
- Monitor flows and escalate concerns when deviations occur.
- Support suppliers with IT installations, facility setups, and associated activities.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong understanding of sequencing and in-plant supplier operations.
- Sound judgement with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Able to remain calm under pressure and make informed decisions.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
What We Offer
- Β£17.94 per hour, based on a 37.5 hour working week.
- Overtime opportunities available:
- Overtime Pay 1: Β£26.91.
- Overtime Pay 2: Β£35.88.
- Monday to Friday day shifts.
