Working as part of the site leadership team, you'll play a key role in shaping people strategy, supporting operational leaders, developing employees and delivering an effective HR function within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Duties Partner with the site leadership team to deliver strategic and operational HR support.
Lead, coach and develop the on-site HR team.
Drive employee engagement, performance management and organisational development initiatives.
Manage complex employee relations cases and provide expert HR advice to managers.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition activities.
Support succession planning, workforce planning and capability development.
Manage compensation, benefits and performance review processes.
Ensure compliance with UK employment law, HR policies and best practice.
Promote a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.
Support health, wellbeing and occupational health initiatives.
Work collaboratively with managers and employees to resolve people-related challenges.
Requirements Previous experience as an HR Manager within a manufacturing environment is essential.
Strong generalist HR experience supporting operational and manufacturing leaders.
Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
Proven experience in employee relations, coaching and stakeholder management.
Experience leading, mentoring and developing HR teams.
Degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
CIPD qualification or membership is desirable.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Oracle HR experience would be advantageous.
