As Air Conditioning Manager, you will be at the heart of our growth plans, driving technical excellence, ensuring full compliance, and identifying new commercial opportunities across our portfolio. You will work closely with operational teams, senior leadership, and engineers to build a best-in-class service offering that delivers real value to clients. Salary: Up to £65,000 dependant on experience
Hours: 41.25 hours a week

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and grow the air conditioning discipline, identifying opportunities for expansion, upgrades, and additional works
- Provide expert technical support on tenders, quotations, and system solutions
- Ensure full compliance with F-Gas legislation and all statutory and environmental standards
- Drive consistency in engineering standards, processes, and best practices across regions
- Oversee compliance tracking, certification, and audit readiness
- Develop and support engineers, strengthening capability across the business
- Partner with senior stakeholders to improve performance, profitability, and long-term strategy
- Champion innovation, adopting new technologies and energy-efficient solutions
What We're Looking For
You're a technically strong, commercially aware AC professional who knows how to turn expertise into opportunity. You understand compliance, but you also see the bigger picture, growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will bring:
- Strong experience within air conditioning or HVAC at a senior or specialist level
- Deep knowledge of F-Gas and regulatory compliance
- A track record of supporting service development, tenders, or technical sales
- Commercial awareness with the ability to spot and act on growth opportunities
- The ability to influence and collaborate across teams and regions
- Experience growing or transforming an AC service offering
- Exposure to energy-efficient systems and emerging technologies
- Familiarity with CAFM or compliance systems
