Service Administrator

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You\'ll play a vital role in supporting the engineering and service departments by managing day-to-day logistics, scheduling, and customer communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all customer service queries.
  • Schedule jobs and monitor progress of engineers\' assignments.
  • Maintain accurate records of service work and installations.
  • Order consumables such as toner and ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • Manage parts inventory, including regular stock takes and reordering.
  • Arrange timely dispatch of goods to clients and field engineers.
  • Coordinate installation appointments with internal teams and customers.
  • Support invoicing, filing, and general administrative tasks as required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a busy office or service-based administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident working independently and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
