Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of our well-established client for an
Optical Technician to join their team in
Belfast.
This is a hands‑on and technical role requiring attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. As an Optical Technician, you will support the manufacturing process and assist with various production tasks.
The successful candidate will have a flexible approach to work, be able to adapt to changing priorities, and demonstrate a positive attitude towards learning new skills.
Previous glazing or production experience would be beneficial; however, it is not essential as full training will be provided. We are looking for candidates who are quick learners, have a strong work ethic, and can thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment while working effectively as part of a small team.
What We Offer
- £12.71 per hour, depending on glazing experience.
- Monday to Thursday, 8:45am-4:45pm.
- Friday, 8:15am-4:15pm.
- 37.5 hours per week.
