- 2 paid breaks every 3 hours (20 and 30 minutes).

- 8-hour night shift pattern.
- Monday-Thursday, 11:45pm-7:45am.
- Friday, 9:45pm-4:45am.
Key Duties
- Manufacture filters using operating machinery and hand assembly of medical devices.
- Assist in the full life cycle and production of medical-grade filtration devices.
- Carry out visual and manual quality checks of all medical devices produced to ensure they are fit for purpose.
- Complete audited pharmaceutical paperwork accurately (approximately 50% of the role).
- Box and package products.
- Always adhere to clean room procedures.
Requirements
- Outstanding attention to detail, a common-sense approach and great interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and support the team to achieve targets.
- Excellent standard of written and spoken communication.
- High levels of dexterity.
- Ability to stand for the full shift, minus 2 paid breaks.
- No prior experience required.
