Key Responsibilities
- Support and enhance the Integrated Management System (IMS) aligned with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and best practice.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Analyse quality metrics, including complaints, non-conformances, and trends.
- Perform inspections and ensure product quality meets required standards.
- Travel across the UK to engage with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Deliver training and guidance to production teams.
- Actively contribute to the Health & Safety Committee.
- Support risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Promote and embed a strong safety-first culture.
- Conduct safety audits, investigate incidents, and implement preventative measures.
- Maintain accurate data to improve traceability and operational performance.
