Night Shift Production Operatives – Exeter
Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for Night Shift Production Operatives to join the team at Howmet Aerospace, a global leader in advanced aerospace manufacturing, located in Exeter.

- Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10pm – 6am.
- Pay Rate: Starting at £16.19 per hour plus overtime available after training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and hand tools to manufacture aerospace components.
- Carry out precise assembly and inspection of detailed parts.
- Coating and dipping parts.
- Follow manufacturing instructions and quality control procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing, production or general industrial environment.
- Experience using hand tools or operating machinery is advantageous, but not essential.
