Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Night Shift Paintline Operatives to join Rittal CSM, a leading manufacturing company at Broadley Park Industrial Park, Roborough, Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity for long-term ongoing work with the potential to become permanent.
Key Duties
- Load and unload components from an overhead paint line conveyor.
- Check quality and handle parts carefully.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements
- Good attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Capable of performing repetitive, manual tasks.
- Able to follow clear instructions.
- Previous manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential - full training provided.
