Acorn by Synergie are looking for a experienced Production Finance Assistant to work within a well-established manufacturer in the Crumlin area.
Brief of Role:
Production:
* Raise labels for production
* Raise Works Orders for production
* Update production Boards
* Create new product records
* Housekeeping of manufacturing system
Finance:
* Raise customer delivery notes
* Raise customer sales invoices
* Send Customer statements
* Process supplier invoices, matched with GRN\βs
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Manage External Pallet account
* Produce & Enter monthly stock take details
* Process customer & supplier payments
* Manage online spending accounts
**General administrative duties are also part of this role, to be discussed during interview **
Key Requirements:
* Excellent telephone manner
* Good knowledge of Excel and Word
* Knowledge of Sage 50 and CIM50, but not essential
* Ability to liaise with customers and suppliers
