Acorn by Synergie is seeking safety-conscious and reliable individuals with a valid CSCS and CCNSG Safety Passport to work with our client on a large project in Port Talbot steel works. The successful candidate will support daily site operations while ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols.
Key Duties
- Operate in compliance with all site safety procedures and legal requirements.
- Carry out assigned tasks including general labouring, equipment handling, and assisting skilled trades.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Attend and contribute to site briefings and toolbox talks.
- Report any unsafe practices or incidents immediately to supervisors.
- Assist with setup and demobilisation of site activities.
Requirements
- Valid CCNSG Safety Passport (mandatory).
- Valid CSCS Card (mandatory).
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Previous experience on industrial or construction sites preferred.
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
