Overview
In this role, you will drive the growth of the Driving division as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop business with new and existing clients while delivering end-to-end recruitment services. You will source, vet and place candidates, ensuring fast and accurate matching to roles and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. The opportunity combines business development with full-cycle recruitment in a supportive, inclusive culture that rewards performance.

Responsibilities
- Grow the Driving division desk using sales skills
- Develop business with new and existing clients
- Service clients and fulfill recruitment needs
- Source and vet candidates and match to opportunities
- Register candidates in line with procedural and legal requirements
- Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Respond quickly to clients' recruitment needs
