In this role you support consultants in the driving division by sourcing suitable candidates and managing key recruitment stages. You work closely with cross-functional teams to keep the process moving, from writing adverts to coordinating interviews. Responsibilities
- Write and post engaging job adverts on job boards and platforms
- Promote vacancies via social media
- Assess CVs and applications
- Conduct telephone and face-to-face candidate interviews
- Arrange candidate interviews with clients
- Format and prepare CVs for submission
- Provide feedback to applicants throughout recruitment
- Complete administration and compliance tasks related to recruitment
