In this role you support consultants in the driving division by sourcing suitable candidates and managing key recruitment stages. You work closely with cross-functional teams to keep the process moving, from writing adverts to coordinating interviews. Responsibilities

  • Write and post engaging job adverts on job boards and platforms
  • Promote vacancies via social media
  • Assess CVs and applications
  • Conduct telephone and face-to-face candidate interviews
  • Arrange candidate interviews with clients
  • Format and prepare CVs for submission
  • Provide feedback to applicants throughout recruitment
  • Complete administration and compliance tasks related to recruitment
