Location: The Acorn Group Head Office - Bromley, Kent

Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 per annum, plus commission.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:45am to 5:30pm (hybrid position working two days a week from home on successful completion of a 6 months probation period)

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The successful applicant for the position of Assistant Property Manager will be a team player with a desire to work within the Property/Estate Agency sector. You will be smart, highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver an exceptional level of customer service/client fulfilment. The position is permanent and will provide opportunity to the right candidate to progress to a senior position in one of London's leading Estate Agencies.

  • Assisting in the management of a portfolio of private residential tenancies.
  • Liaising effectively with tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisors.
  • Liaising with private landlords and investment clients.
  • Liaising with lettings' negotiators across Acorn's branch network.
  • Arranging and monitoring works and repairs.
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and statutory notices.
  • Carrying out property inspections.
  • Pursuing outstanding monthly rental payments.
  • Negotiating terms of tenancy renewals.
  • Administering tenancy deposit returns.

Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence.
