Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Kitchen Porters to join a busy canteen team in Roborough. Multiple part-time positions are available, supporting the smooth running of the kitchen by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency during service.

Key Duties

  • Washing up and general cleaning duties, including deep cleaning of fridges and ovens.
  • Stocking up confectionery items.
  • Serving customers during busy service periods (up to 100 customers in a 30-minute window).
  • Supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Recent experience as a Kitchen Porter or Kitchen Assistant in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Working Hours

  • Shift One: 4pm - 9:30pm, Wednesday to Friday.
  • OR Shift Two: 7am - 1:30pm, Monday to Friday.
