Responsibilities
- Manage internal works contractors and oversee day-to-day operations
- Ensure internal works progress aligns with the construction programme
- Deliver the programme safely, on time and within budget
- Communicate with the wider construction management team and engineers
- Lead and develop site personnel in a proactive, effective manner
Key requirements
- Experience in site management with a strong background in internal works and/or commercial fit-out
- Experience in student accommodation or high-rise residential projects
