This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter or ambitious sales professional looking to build their career within a fast-paced, client-focused recruitment environment. You'll have the autonomy to run your own desk, develop strong client relationships and deliver creative recruitment solutions across multiple sectors. This role focuses on permanent commercial recruitment, giving you the opportunity to manage your own client portfolio and drive business growth.

Key Duties
- Manage the full permanent recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing through to offer and placement.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
- Carry out business development activity to win new clients and generate vacancies.
- Source, screen and interview candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
- Match candidates to permanent opportunities based on skills, experience and cultural fit.
- Prepare candidates for interviews, providing coaching and feedback.
- Negotiate offers and fees to achieve successful placements.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records using CRM and ATS systems.
- Ensure recruitment activity complies with employment legislation, data protection and company processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales.
- Strong work ethic and confident, outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to listen, learn and develop strong client and candidate relationships.
- Passion for sales and delivering excellent customer service.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Full UK driving licence.
