Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Refuse / Recycling Loaders to join a dedicated Public Sector team based in Willand, near Tiverton. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity offering long‑term stability and strong benefits once taken on permanently, including a good pension scheme.
Key Duties
- Work as part of a team to collect recycling from residential properties.
- Safely and efficiently load waste and recycling materials onto vehicles.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach when dealing with the public.
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties.
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑focused attitude.
