Introduction
Our client is seeking an experienced
MIG Welder & Fabricator to join a growing engineering business based in the Tiverton area.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic, friendly team within a company that prides itself on strong values and a genuine family feel.
The majority of the work involves
mild steel, so proven fabrication experience in this material is highly desirable.
What We Offer
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Plenty of overtime available.
- Weekday overtime paid at flat rate.
- Saturday overtime paid at time and a half.
- Sunday overtime paid at double time.

Key Requirements
- Experience with both heavy and light steel fabrication, with the ability to work with mild steel.
- Good understanding of reading engineering drawings.
- MIG and TIG welding experience.
- Ability to work accurately using jigs.
- Competent in fabricating from engineering drawings.
- Experience with sheet metal, mild steel and stainless steel.
- Comfortable working on repetitive tasks.
