Hours & Pay

  • Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00
  • Friday: 08:30 - 16:00
  • £12.71 per hour

Key Duties

  • Raising and processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Handling inbound and outbound queries from customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Providing general administrative support across warehouse operations.
  • Supporting the Warehouse Supervisor with day‑to‑day tasks.
  • Scheduling deliveries and collections to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience essential.
  • Warehouse or logistics administration experience beneficial.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
