Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Warehouse Picker / Packer to join a fast-paced warehouse operation in Castle Cary.
This hands-on warehouse role is ideal for someone who is reliable, eager to learn and enjoys working as part of a team. You will support inbound returns, stock replenishment, picking, packing and general warehouse operations.

Key Duties
- Process customer returns within the Inbound team.
- Replenish stock and carry out put-away activities.
- Use computer systems to process and manage stock.
- Pick, pack and handle products accurately.
- Support general warehouse operations as required.
Requirements
- Good IT and computer skills are essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A reliable, punctual and hardworking approach.
- The ability to carry out physically demanding work, including heavy lifting.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including chilled areas.
- The ability to work safely in a busy and sometimes noisy environment alongside forklifts and pallet trucks.
