Our client is seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to join their Internal Support team. Reporting to the Department Team Lead, this role involves providing efficient administrative support while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Duties
- Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries.
- Assisting with delivery tracking, stock availability, and lead times.
- Managing customer returns and processing credit notes.
- Supporting Non-Conformance Reporting.
- Assisting with quotations, sales and purchase order processing.
- Processing customer payments.
- Managing the department inbox.
- Providing general administrative support, including data entry and document preparation.
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail and numeracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
