Acorn Pubs is looking for an exceptional Roving Head Chef ideally based in the Oxfordshire area to support our growing estate of premium pubs. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate chef and proven kitchen leader to work across multiple sites, supporting established teams, leading kitchen operations during key periods, and playing a vital role in our exciting programme of refurbishments, relaunches and new openings.

About you

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a gastro pub, restaurant or hotel at sous or senior sous chef level is essential, as well as a positive and flexible attitude. In this role you'll be covering holidays, involved in new openings or could be deputising for a Head Chef. You'll help support with running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
