The Royal Foresters, Ascot is Acorn Pubs' flagship venue and has recently undergone a £1 million refurbishment, further enhancing its position as one of the area's most prestigious hospitality destinations. Generating £100,000+ in weekly sales and featuring 24 beautifully appointed bedrooms, The Royal Foresters is a dynamic business that combines premium food, drink and accommodation with exceptional guest experiences. During the world-famous Royal Ascot Week, the venue becomes one of the busiest and most exciting operations in the region.

We're looking for a passionate and commercially minded Supervisor to lead from the front, inspire a large team, and help deliver an outstanding experience in a high-volume environment. You'll play a key role in maintaining service standards, driving sales and developing the team.

About you...

You have a natural ability to look after people and make them happy and like us, you’re passionate about food and drink. Previous experience in hospitality as a waitress/waiter, bar staff, server or food and beverage supervisor, ideally at team leader level would be helpful but isn’t essential. More importantly, you’re hands on with a positive attitude. You’ll bring your work and life experience to help run busy shifts calmly ensuring you look after our customers in the best way possible.
