As a Junior Sous Chef at Royal Foresters, you will be an integral part of our kitchen team, contributing to the creation of exceptional dining experiences. The role involves collaborating closely with the Head Chef, leading kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential, as well as a positive attitude.
