Primarily to manage Civil Engineers, Geotechnical Engineers, and service applications sectional agreements. This role will form part of the Technical Team in the pursuit of providing production information for the design, development, and delivery of the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective daily management of the ‘Engineering Design Team’ (Internal and External) to ensure the provision of required level of services in a pro-active and professional manner to enable other departments to fulfil their role.
- Responsible for delivery of (working with Consulting Engineers):
- Cut / Fill – Earthworks design solution
- Levels design solution
- Foundation design solution
- Road design (incl S278 and S.38 Agreements)
- Retaining Wall design solution
- Services quotations, design co-ordination thereof and appointments / legal agreements
