We are seeking a reliable Returns Operative to become part of our team at our Factory located in Shipley, West Yorkshire. In this role, you will ensure all stock returns are accurate and processed in a timely manner. If you are driven and attentive to detail, we would be eager to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
- Check stock return statuses on the system to ensure correct stock has been assigned
- Make outbound phone calls to stock return system users to clarify missing/incorrect information
- Investigate stock return discrepancies on customer's accounts
- Correct incorrect returns on the system to ensure system accuracy
- Process the stock returns accordingly (physically and systematically)
- Chase outstanding returns with relevant departments
- Communicate feedback to Managers
- Assist with physically moving stock and arranging it in order for quick processing
- Assist with stock takes for leavers and QC department
