Find Your Next Challenge At Acorn Stairlifts UK. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our expanding team on a weekend based at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK).
Working Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 16 hours
Salary: £13.00 P/H ( + KPI related incentives)

The Ideal Candidate
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience working within a customer service/call centre environment would be advantageous

Key Responsibilities
- Answering calls regarding breakdowns & service issues in a courteous manner and offering a high level of Customer Service
- Resolving minor technical problems over the phone, and if unable to resolve, liaise with the planning team via a ticket system
- Ensuring all breakdown calls are attended to within a 24hr period
- Dealing with minor complaints and being aware when complaints need to be escalated to a supervisor
