We are currently recruiting for aCredit Controllerto join our Finance department atAcorn Stairliftsin Steeton, West Yorkshire. This role is responsible for ensuring that any outstanding customer debt is collected in a timely and professional manner.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience in a Credit Control role (advantageous)
• Experience in Customer Service or Admin role (desirable)
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Ability to work to strict deadlines
• Experience of SAP (ideal but not essential as full training is given)

Key Responsibilities

• Chasing of outstanding invoices from both Retail & Dealer Customers across a number of global entities
• Handling customer queries and liaising with other departments where necessary to resolve issues
• Processing of Direct Debits for end users
• Posting payments from customers
• Manage credit limit reviews for Dealer customers
• Releasing of orders in line with cut offs
• Reviewing ledgers and explaining outstanding balances
• General administrative work such as filing, scanning, telephone calls and emails
• Ensure that transactions are posted accurately and in a timely manner
• Any additional tasks as requested by Management
• Work in other functions in Finance as required to cover holidays & sickness
