About the Role
Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent support in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Service & Operations Coordinator - Part Time (22.5 hours per week) to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our service and operational activities. This is a Temp to Perm contract. This part-time opportunity is ideal for someone looking to balance a rewarding career with other commitments, whether that's family responsibilities, caring duties, further education, or pursuing personal interests. Offering 22.5 hours per week across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in our Slough based office, this role provides the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing business while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Salary: up to £16800 per annum
Hours: 22.5 per week (Shift patterns: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 7:00am–3:30pm & 9:00am–5:30pm) on rotation

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to service and operations teams.
- Act as a professional first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls.
- Manage and maintain client documentation, compliance records, and operational paperwork.
- Coordinate subcontractor administration, including certification management and site visit arrangements.
- Support engineers with ordering tools, booking goods received, and organising supplies.
- Issue and monitor documentation required before works commence.
- Assist with invoice administration and internal approval processes.
- Maintain accurate records across internal systems and client portals.
- Produce reports and support service improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively across departments to support business objectives and service delivery.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and organised individual who can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or operational support role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience within a maintenance, engineering, or service-led environment would be preferable.
