We are looking for an experienced and driven Account Director to join our team in a senior leadership role where you will have a genuine impact on business performance, client relationships, and operational excellence. About The Role
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Account Director will be responsible for the overall operational performance, profitability, and client satisfaction across a portfolio of accounts. You will lead a team of Contract Managers, acting as a trusted partner to clients while ensuring services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with company values.

Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for the performance of assigned contracts, including service delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial outcomes
- Lead, develop, and support Contract Managers to deliver consistent, high‑quality results
- Build and maintain strong senior‑level client relationships, acting as the key escalation point
- Identify opportunities for account growth, retention, and service improvement
- Drive operational performance through KPI management, resource planning, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with senior leadership to contribute to strategic planning and business growth
- Champion a positive, high‑performance culture built on accountability and professionalism
About You
We are seeking a confident and commercially aware leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on operational delivery. You will bring:
- Proven experience in a senior account management or operational leadership role
