We are seeking an experienced Mobile Commercial Boiler Engineer to join our growing management team, delivering high-quality servicing, maintenance, and repair of commercial boiler and combustion systems across London and the South East. This is a mobile role suited to a proactive, technically competent engineer who can work independently, manage their own workload, and represent the business professionally across client sites. You will play a key role in maintaining Gas Safe compliance and ensuring all works meet current legislative and safety standards.

Location: Sutton

Hours: 41.25 hours per week

Salary: up to £55,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out commercial boiler and combustion servicing, maintenance, and repairs across multiple client sites.
  • Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works in line with Gas Safe regulations and company standards.
  • Diagnose faults, undertake performance testing, and recommend remedial actions.
  • Ensure all works comply with Health & Safety requirements and safe systems of work.
  • Complete accurate job reports and certification documentation.
  • Liaise with Contracts Managers, the helpdesk, and administrative teams to ensure smooth job delivery.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Participate in the out-of-hours emergency call-out rota when required.
  • Maintain tools, test equipment, and certification to required standards.

You will be an experienced commercial boiler engineer who is organised, safety-conscious, and customer-focused. You take pride in delivering high standards of workmanship and compliance while working autonomously across multiple sites.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Strong working knowledge of commercial boiler and combustion systems.
  • Proven experience working within Gas Safe compliance.
  • Good all-round understanding of HVAC and building services environments.
  • Sound knowledge of Health & Safety in a mobile engineering role.

Qualifications Required

  • CCN1 CODNCO1.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
