We are looking for a Resource Planner to join the team. In this role you will be responsible for the accurate forecasting and planning of resources within Customer Services, including the provision of performance data, support of team leaders and senior management, administration and monitoring of daily schedules, and recommendations to improve service efficiency. You will also manage resources to ensure cost‑effective delivery of high‑quality consistent services.
Location: Liverpool / Hybrid
Working hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm
What you will be doing:
- Ensuring the right number of team members are available to provide excellent customer service.
- Creating staff schedules and rotas, providing management information to compare against budget, managing holidays, and monitoring adherence to work schedules and issue resolution timescales.
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand team needs and building key relationships across the group.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with workforce management software.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Proven ability to critically analyze large volumes of data to produce reports.
