About the Role:
Join our Retail Branch Network as a Branch Manager, where you'll lead your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve branch targets. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving performance, managing day-to-day operations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What you will be doing:
- Inspire and lead a high-performing team to excel in service and customer satisfaction.
- Drive branch performance, manage operations, and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Utilize your knowledge of the Taxi industry to cultivate relationships and increase product sales.
- Generate B2B/B2C leads in collaboration with the Fleet Commercial Department.
- Oversee marketing initiatives and competitor analysis to optimize branch performance.
- Maintain operational excellence and compliance, focusing on KPI tracking.
- Engage with local industry representatives and provide market insights to senior leadership.
