Overview
- Role: Sales & Welcome Team Agent
- Location: Liverpool, Hybrid
- Salary: £26,938 to £28,609 Plus up to £2,000 performance related bonus per annum, once established within your role.
- Working hours: 37.5 hours per week.
- Rota: 3-week rolling 8:00am – 19:00pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am – 5:30pm)
What you will be doing
- Ensure all details on applications are honest and accurate
- Perform checks on applicants’ details to confirm accuracy
- Update details and advise customers of any change in the price of their premium
- Assist client in providing vital information
- Promote bespoke packages relating to the client’s needs
- Always provide excellent customer service

- Able to understand bespoke systems and be proficient in Microsoft Office
