Working hours: 37.5 hours per week: Monday to Friday 09:00am – 17:30pm
What you will be doing:
- Providing customers with bespoke insurance quotations, tailoring products to individuals' needs.
- Dealing with both existing and new customers.
- Retaining existing clients.
- Upselling additional products.
- Reporting to Team leader/Manager.
- Reviewing an allocated renewal invite list.
- Inviting policies compliantly.
- Checking policy data accuracy.
- Ensuring client records are updated appropriately.
- Reviewing a fair analysis of the market.
- Renewing household policies compliantly.
- Responding to customer renewal queries.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent IT and data entry skills.
- Good standard of numeracy and literacy.
- Ability to communicate well.
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Previous sales or customer service experience.
- Insurance experience is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Excellent customer service skills, incorporating a confident and pleasant phone manner.
