We’re looking for a Junior Frontend Developer who’s eager to learn, grow and build great products with a supportive team. You’ll be joining a squad that designs, develops and delivers digital experiences that make a real difference to our customers.

You don’t need years of experience; what matters most is your attitude, curiosity and desire to keep improving. You’ll work alongside experienced developers and designers who’ll help you build your skills and confidence as part of a collaborative, creative team.

We work together in our Liverpool HQ three days a week because that’s where the best learning happens, sharing ideas, solving problems together and seeing great work come to life.

£30,000–£35,000 depending on experience

What You’ll Do

  • Learn how to build and improve modern web applications
  • Pair with experienced engineers and designers to bring features to life
  • Take part in team discussions, planning sessions and code reviews
  • Write clean, maintainable code and learn how to test and improve it
  • Get hands‑on experience with real products and see the impact of your work
  • Contribute ideas, ask questions and take every opportunity to grow

  • Some experience with web development (through studies, projects or work)
  • A genuine interest in technology and creating great user experiences
  • A positive attitude, curiosity and a willingness to learn from others
  • Enjoys working as part of a team and sharing ideas
