We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at our dealership in Crewe. As an award-winning and rapidly growing Motor Group, we pride ourselves on the level of service we provide, our knowledge, and our customer-focused attitude. With an unrivalled talent for sales, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal, negotiating, and customer service skills, whilst developing a sound knowledge of the models available. You should demonstrate enthusiasm and skill to deliver and support the Sales Manager.
In exchange, you will be welcomed into a friendly and supportive team and have the opportunity to work directly with an exciting Automotive brand.
Key responsibilities:- Management in line with FCA standards
- Daily mentoring to the sales team
- Demonstrate key understanding of the sales process
- Provide support to the sales manager
- Deliver the finance business plan
- Arranging/selling finance and insurance products
- Providing quotes for customers and seeing each deal through to the point of handover
Previous experience working within the Automotive Sector is required. You should have confident negotiation and communication skills, be a team player with a friendly manner and ‘can do’ attitude, and have the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. A willingness to learn and go the extra mile, along with a passion for delivering a high level of customer service, is essential. A genuine desire to be part of an award-winning team and help take our business to the next level is also important. A full driving licence is required.
