We are currently looking for an experienced Aftersales Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term basis to provide maternity cover within our Aftersales division in Burntwood.

The contract is expected to last for up to 12 months; however, it may end earlier or be extended depending on business needs and the return of the substantive postholder.

Thesuccessful candidate must have a proven track record within an Aftersales / Motor Vehicle environment and an absolute understanding and passion for exceptional Customer Service.

The Aftersales Specialist role requires someone who is well organised, has a strong attention to detail, is customer focused and who is confident in a busy working environment.

Full product training will be given but prior knowledge of any of our brands would be advantageous.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Managing customer bookings and workshop appointments.
  • Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
  • Liaising with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently.
  • Preparing estimates and explaining work carried out.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
  • Supporting the Aftersales team to achieve departmental objectives
  • Working closely with colleagues across the dealership to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Motor Trade Service Advisor: 2 years experience or similar Aftersales role
  • A genuine desire to deliver the highest standards of customer engagement and satisfaction
  • A team player with a confident and friendly manner
  • Ability to work with company processes / systems
  • Be able to manage the booking system to make sure appointments are logged correctly and time slots filled
  • Manage each customer journey from start to finish
  • A great outgoing personality

  • Full UK Driving license
