We are currently looking for an experienced Aftersales Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term basis to provide maternity cover within our Aftersales division in Burntwood.
The contract is expected to last for up to 12 months; however, it may end earlier or be extended depending on business needs and the return of the substantive postholder.
Thesuccessful candidate must have a proven track record within an Aftersales / Motor Vehicle environment and an absolute understanding and passion for exceptional Customer Service.

The Aftersales Specialist role requires someone who is well organised, has a strong attention to detail, is customer focused and who is confident in a busy working environment.
Full product training will be given but prior knowledge of any of our brands would be advantageous.

- What you'll be doing
- Managing customer bookings and workshop appointments.
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Liaising with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Preparing estimates and explaining work carried out.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
- Supporting the Aftersales team to achieve departmental objectives
- Working closely with colleagues across the dealership to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Motor Trade Service Advisor: 2 years experience or similar Aftersales role
- A genuine desire to deliver the highest standards of customer engagement and satisfaction
- A team player with a confident and friendly manner
- Ability to work with company processes / systems
- Be able to manage the booking system to make sure appointments are logged correctly and time slots filled
- Manage each customer journey from start to finish
- A great outgoing personality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Forward thinking mentality
- Confident and friendly telephone manner
- Full UK Driving license
