Responsibilities

• Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
• Perform welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications.
• Conduct regular inspections of building systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Document maintenance activities and report on system performance regularly.

Experience

• Proven experience in building maintenance or engineering roles is essential.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs on various systems.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques is required.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with team members and tenants.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a logical mindset.
