We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded HR Manager to join our business and play a key role in supporting our continued growth.
Working closely with our Chief People Officer, Executive Team and business leaders across multiple companies, you'll help create an engaging, high‑performing culture where people and businesses can thrive.

The Role
As HR Manager, you'll partner with Managing Directors and Senior Leadership Teams across the group, providing expert HR guidance while leading key people initiatives that support organisational success.
You'll balance strategic projects with hands‑on HR support, helping to drive positive change, employee engagement and business performance.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting strategic HR projects, including succession planning, employee engagement, and reward and recognition initiatives.
- Supporting integration activities following acquisitions.
- Providing practical HR advice and guidance to managers and senior stakeholders.
- Managing TUPE processes and mobilisation projects.
- Contributing to social value initiatives and bid support activities.
- Supporting HR system implementation and continuous improvement.
- Assisting with organisational design and culture change programmes.
- Building strong relationships across the business to influence and support positive people outcomes.
What We're Looking For

- Experience managing a wide range of HR projects and initiatives.

- A professional and discreet manner, with a strong respect for confidentiality.
- CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent HR experience (MCIPD desirable).
