Are you an experienced Contract Manager with a strong background in mechanical and electrical building services maintenance?
We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Contract Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of maintenance contracts across London and the South East. This is a senior client-facing role where you'll lead operational delivery, develop strong customer relationships, manage engineering teams, and drive contract performance and growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of building services maintenance contracts
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular meetings and site visits
- Leading, motivating and developing a team of engineers
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring safe, compliant delivery of works
- Overseeing PPM programmes, quotations, additional works and contract performance
- Identifying opportunities for contract growth and service enhancements
- Taking ownership of health & safety compliance across your portfolio
- Acting as a senior escalation point for operational and client issues
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing building services maintenance contracts
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical building services
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and a results-driven approach
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Full UK Driving Licence
