We are looking for a proactive and highly organised scheduler to join our growing operations team. This is a key role within the business, ensuring that engineers are scheduled efficiently and client call‑out requirements are met to the highest standard. You’ll be responsible for coordinating planned and reactive works, optimising resource allocation and supporting engineers to deliver excellent service while meeting contractual SLAs and KPIs. This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, service‑led environment and enjoys problem‑solving in real time.

Package and Benefits

  • Salary: up to £29,500
  • Hours: 37.5 per week (Shift patterns: 7:00 am–3:30 pm)
